Terms of Service — FYI (Follow Your Influencer)

Provider: FYI (fyimap.com) ("FYI", "we"). Contact: support@fyimap.com.

By using FYI you agree to these terms.

The service
FYI is a map of golf courses and restaurants featured by YouTube creators. We
aggregate public information and link/embed creators' videos. We do not host
the videos — they play via YouTube.

Accuracy / "as is"
The location data, ratings, hours, and creator links are provided "as is",
may be inaccurate or out of date, and are not a recommendation. Verify
details (especially address and hours) before relying on them. Use the
"wrong location" button to report errors.

Your use
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download the site, abuse the report/vote
features, interfere with the service, or use it unlawfully.

Submissions
If you submit info (creator form, votes, "wrong location" reports), you grant us
a non-exclusive license to use it to operate and improve FYI. Don't submit
anything you don't have the right to share.

Creators & third-party content
Videos, names, and likenesses belong to their creators; place data and ratings
come from Google and other sources, subject to their terms. Creators: if you
don't want to be listed, email support@fyimap.com and we'll remove you.

Paid / featured placements
Some pins and listings are paid placements, marked "Featured" on the map
and in the featured rail. Featuring affects visibility only — it does not
change ratings, reviews, or location data, and does not constitute an
endorsement by FYI or by any creator. Featured status expires at the end of
the purchased period.

Third-party services
The site uses Google Maps/YouTube and other providers; your use of those
features is also subject to their terms.

Data & analytics
By using FYI you acknowledge and agree that we (and our analytics providers,
including Google Analytics/Google Tag and PostHog) collect and process usage,
device, and account data as described in our Privacy Policy (fyimap.com/privacypolicy),
including to measure and improve the service. Continued use is your consent to
that collection where consent is the applicable legal basis.

Paid placements & advertising
Some places on FYI are featured (paid) placements. Featured results are always
visually labeled (e.g. a "Featured" tag) and are distinguishable from organic
results, which are ranked by our own signals. Payment can influence whether and how
prominently a place is featured; it does not alter the creator reviews, ratings,
hours, or other factual information we display. We may add, change, or remove
advertising and sponsorship formats over time, and we will keep paid placements
labeled as such.

Payments & taxes
If you purchase a featured placement or any other paid service, you authorize us
and our payment processor to charge the amount shown at checkout. Except where
required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. Prices
and available paid features may change. You are responsible for any sales, use, or
similar taxes on your purchase, other than taxes on our net income. If we pay
creators, affiliates, or other participants, each recipient is solely responsible
for their own taxes; we may require tax information (e.g. a W-9/W-8) and issue tax
forms (e.g. 1099) where required by law.

No warranty / limitation of liability
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT
WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any location, rating, hours, or other
information is accurate, complete, or current.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FYI (fyimap.com), its owners, operators,
and affiliates SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR HARM
OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO your use of (or inability to use) the
service, reliance on any information shown, travel to any location, interactions
with any venue or creator, or any third-party content or services — even if
advised of the possibility of such damages. Where liability cannot be fully
excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims is limited
to USD $0. You use FYI
and act on its information at your own risk. Some jurisdictions don't allow
certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FYI and its operators from any claims
or costs arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Changes & termination
We may change or discontinue the service or these terms; continued use means you
accept the updated terms. We may suspend access for misuse.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard
to conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the
state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute.
